Deco Melts from FunCakes for drips on cakes, for drizzling over lollipops and chocolate, for dipping biscuits, fruit and cake pops, and for sweet decorations. All colours taste of white chocolate. Contents: 250 g.
A few drops of vegetable oil make them runnier, a few drops of water make them thicker. Once water has been added, they can no longer be melted again.

- Preparation
- melt in a bowl in the microwave at no more than 500 W, stirring well every 15 to 20 seconds. Stop when only small pieces are left and keep stirring until everything has melted. A bain-marie works too. Then leave to cool in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. You do not need any extra cocoa butter, and the melts can be melted again.
- Halal certified. Storage
- dry and dark at 16 °C to 22 °C. In warm weather the melts can soften during transport. You can still use them; they just will not have their original shape any more.
