This cake mix gives you perfectly even, flat, gluten-free cupcakes with a delicious vanilla flavour.

Just add eggs and butter to make these fluffy, moist, golden-brown cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavour, but you can give them a unique taste with FunCakes flavouring pastes.

These nicely even, flat cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant or a lovely buttercream swirl.

Store in a cool, dry place; do not expose to high heat or changes in temperature.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan 150°C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: mix 500 g mix, 200 g butter and 250 g eggs (5 pcs.). Beat on a low speed for 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Line a muffin tin with paper cases and use an ice cream scoop to fill the cases halfway with batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Would you rather make mini cupcakes? With 500 grams of cupcake mix you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or do you prefer a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (fan) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
