Flavouring paste from FunCakes for buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and fillings. You can also add it to batter and bake it, for example for sponge or cupcakes, and use it in chocolate ganache.
If you bake above 200 °C, use a little more flavouring, because the heat weakens the taste. The recommended dosage is given for each flavour.
