Karen Davies Silicone Mould Sequin Border, 22 x 6.4 cm

This silicone mould, designed by Karen Davies, is ideal for lovely borders. Made of high-quality silicone, the mould has a pattern of large sequins and gives your cakes a unique look.

Instructions

Knead the marzipan or fondant well. If needed, add a little Tylose powder to the fondant. Shape the marzipan or fondant into a ball and press it firmly into the mould, working from the inside out. Then carefully release it from the mould. If necessary, dust the mould with a little cornflour first so the fondant/marzipan comes out easily.
