FunCakes Enchanted Cream

This extremely light and fluffy snow-white cream is truly enchanting. The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. It is much lighter than many other creams, yet still nicely stiff for perfect cupcake swirls that stay tall. Enchanted Cream® is made in just a few minutes.

Thanks to its extremely white colour, it can be coloured very well with the FunCakes food colourings. The same goes for its flavour. The vanilla flavour is very nice, but you can also add other flavours. For example the FunCakes flavouring pastes, but fruit juices, zests, liqueurs and spices work too. Preparation

for 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®. Mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavouring of your choice. The cream can be used straight away. The prepared cream can be kept in the fridge for several days and stirred before using again. If preferred, the mix can be made with milk only (200 ml) or water only (200 ml) to make it either creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or to pipe the swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
