Preparation

you will find proportions and baking times in the quantity table or at www.funcakes.com. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Put the mix, the eggs and the water in a bowl. Mix for 7-8 minutes at high speed. Then mix for another 2-3 minutes at low speed. Pour the batter into a buttered baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full). Put the cake in the oven and do not open the door while it is baking! The cake is done when it feels springy. Take the cake out of the tin straight after baking and leave it to cool on a wire rack.
