This cake mix gives you perfectly even, flat cupcakes with a delicious vanilla flavour.

Just add eggs and butter to make these fluffy, moist and beautifully golden-brown cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavour, but you can give them unique bursts of flavour with the FunCakes flavouring pastes.

With this cake mix you can make tasty cupcakes, but also mini cupcakes or a loaf cake! All in patisserie quality.

Preparation

preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: 500 g mix, 250 g (unsalted) butter and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix the ingredients at low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and use an ice cream scoop to fill the cups halfway with batter. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 18-20 minutes. Fancy mini cupcakes? With 500 g cupcake mix you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake them for approx. 12-15 minutes.
