FunCakes Cookie Baking Mix, 1 kg

With this baking mix from FunCakes you can make crunchy cookies. You just add butter and an egg. The cookies come out even and flat, so they are easy to decorate with fondant or royal icing. Children love cutting out their own shapes and figures.

The dough also works as a base for a cake, for example an apple cake. Anything left over can be frozen.

How to

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix, 150 g butter and 1 egg (50 g) into a firm dough. Leave it to firm up in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan 160 °C). Roll the dough out 3 mm thick on a floured surface, cut out the cookies and bake them in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Leave them to cool and decorate them as you like. This makes approx. 25 cookies of 7 to 10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
