Foil Balloon - Easter - Happy Easter - Sitting Bunny - 60cm

Latex has tiny pores that let the helium slowly escape. Foil is airtight and holds the gas longer.

In summer

Helium expands in the heat. From about 30 degrees, in direct sun or in a hot car, the balloon gets too tight and can pop. So pick it up shortly before the party and don't leave it in the car. Sun also makes latex brittle. In humid weather, helium escapes through latex faster.

In winter

Helium contracts in the cold. On the way home the balloon looks limp and sags a little. The gas is still inside. Once it's in a warm room, it firms up again after a short while.

Indoors

It lasts longest at room temperature, out of the sun and away from heaters.

Outdoors

Here the balloon is fully exposed to sun, heat and cold.

Our filling

We fill with pure helium (99.9 %), not with the balloon gas from small disposable tanks.
